The Role:

We are hiring a Mechanical Business Manager for our New Delhi office to take complete operational charge of our equipment rental fleet. You will manage everything from daily logistics to maintenance, ensuring our machines are always available and in top condition for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete fleet management: transportation documents, logbooks, and monthly billings.
• Preventive maintenance, timely servicing, and swift breakdown repairs.
• Spare parts procurement and inventory management.
• Operator attendance, payroll, and daily scheduling.
• Vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and equipment sourcing.
• Fleet optimization and logistics coordination.
• Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Equipment You'll Manage:

Boom Placers, Vibro Hammers, Piling Rigs, Road Milling Machines, Sensor Pavers, Soil Compactors, Tandem Rollers, Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, Excavators, Self Loading Transit Mixers.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on mechanical knowledge and equipment maintenance expertise.
• Proven experience in equipment rental or construction machinery operations.
• Proficient in vendor management and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
