Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for an MBBS Doctor or MDS Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. The professional in this position will conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, scalp and facial assessments, and hair loss consultations. Daily responsibilities include planning and performing hair transplant procedures (such as FUE and FUT), assisting with beard and eyebrow transplants, and administering PRP therapy under established clinical protocols. The role involves pre- and post-operative counseling, ensuring informed consent, monitoring patient recovery, and maintaining accurate medical records. The doctor will collaborate with clinical staff to optimize treatment outcomes, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Completed MBBS degree or MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized institution, with valid medical registration.
• Clinical skills in patient examination, diagnosis of hair loss and related conditions, treatment planning, and surgical decision-making.
• Experience or strong interest in hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT), minor surgical techniques, and management of post-operative care.
• Knowledge of PRP therapy, scalp anatomy, wound healing, and infection control protocols in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in patient communication, counseling, informed consent, and managing patient expectations in a sensitive, respectful manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team, follow standardized protocols, and maintain detailed medical documentation.
• Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning in hair restoration and related fields.
• Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or hair transplant clinics is an advantage but not mandatory.
