Material Sales Consultant – Interiors

Job Description
BluPrnt Workspaces is building a collaborative ecosystem for architects, interior designers, contractors, and product vendors, along with a material library and procurement platform.
We are looking for someone who can engage walk-in clients, guide material selection, and drive conversions.
Location: Kudlu Gate Metro Station, Hosur Road, Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Engage with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients visiting the BluPrnt Material Library
- Assist clients in material selection (laminates, finishes, lighting, fabrics, etc.)
- Suggest complementary products and drive cross-sell / upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for samples, pricing, and closures
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into actual business for BluPrnt ecosystem partners
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in interiors / architecture / building materials (mandatory)
- Experience in a material showroom, design firm, or client-facing role
- Strong design sensibility and understanding of materials
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to influence decisions and close
You will be the face of BluPrnt for clients walking into the space, helping them make the right choices and ensuring we convert interest into revenue.
