Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mastercam Engineer, located in Delhi. The Mastercam Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machining programs using CAD/CAM software. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC machines with Mastercam, optimizing production processes, troubleshooting machining issues, and ensuring product quality. Collaboration with the engineering and manufacturing teams will be a vital aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Mastercam software for programming and machining operations
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining techniques
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, technical drawing interpretation, and manufacturing workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining-related issues efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• Previous experience in the bearing or automotive industry is considered an advantage
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
