Overview 


We are seeking a Marketplace Marketing Manager to drive product visibility, discoverability, and sales performance across e-commerce marketplaces. This role will manage advertising programs on platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces, optimizing keyword strategy, campaign performance, and advertising ROI. The ideal candidate understands marketplace algorithms and uses advertising to improve organic rankings and category performance. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Marketplace Advertising Strategy 

Develop and manage advertising strategies across marketplaces, including: 

  • Amazon Sponsored Products 
  • Sponsored Brands 
  • Sponsored Display 
  • Align advertising efforts with category strategy, inventory availability, and promotional calendars. 


Campaign Execution & Optimization 

Manage daily operations of marketplace advertising campaigns, including: 

  • Keyword research and targeting 
  • Bid management and budget allocation 
  • Campaign structure optimization 
  • Performance monitoring and adjustments 
  • Ensure campaigns drive incremental revenue and improve organic ranking. 


Product Discoverability 

  • Collaborate with Marketplace and Category teams to improve product discoverability by: 
  • Optimizing keyword strategy 
  • Supporting listing improvements and A+ content 
  • Driving traffic to priority SKUs 


Analytics & Reporting 

  • Track and report key metrics, including: 
  • TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale) 
  • ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) 
  • Keyword performance 
  • Campaign ROI 
  • Provide insights to improve category growth. 


Who We’re Looking For 

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketplace advertising 
  • Strong experience with the Amazon Ads platform 
  • Familiarity with marketplace algorithms and keyword strategy 
  • Experience working with e-commerce brands preferred 

Qualification 

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred.
