Zouma Consulting Services is seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketplace Ads & Growth Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with leading marketplaces, and a passion for driving digital growth. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, scaling performance marketing efforts, and identifying new opportunities across platforms.

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility
• Manage and optimize marketplace operations, with a strong focus on Amazon and Flipkart
• Plan, execute, and continuously refine advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
• Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, content) to ensure seamless execution
• Identify and onboard new sales channels and platforms to expand reach
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role
• Proven expertise in Amazon and Flipkart advertising ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
• Experience with additional e-commerce platforms (e.g., Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify) is a plus
• Exposure to quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
