This role drives the planning and execution of marketing and CRM campaigns for card acquisition and engagement across noon platforms. It involves close coordination with central marketing, banks, and scheme partners to deliver end-to-end campaigns, from targeting and creatives to approvals and launch. The role also focuses on tracking performance, benchmarking the market, and optimizing campaigns to maximize sign-ups, spend, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan for marketing campaigns across noon platforms at the start of the year, based on available scheme budgets
  • Work with Central Marketing & CRM teams (across noon group) to execute monthly campaigns for card acquisition & engagement
  • Manage execution which includes coordinating with design for creatives, extraction of target group, coordinating with the bank & the scheme for sign offs
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels (email, app, on-site, paid media) and recommend optimizations. Compilation of all marketing / CRM campaigns and track performance against each
  • Assist with building & executing acquisition & spend offers, gamification campaigns to drive sign ups
  • Benchmark competitors and market trends to increase card sign ups & engagement in the given market


What you'll need:

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in campaign management, card partnerships, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or payments.
  • Experience working with campaign management platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with credit/debit card programs and loyalty programs is a strong advantage
  • Good stakeholder management skills — able to coordinate between banks, networks, and internal teams
