About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager (Assistant Manager) will drive regional partner engagement, co-marketing initiatives, and acquisition programs to expand the fintech partnership network. This role combines marketing execution with data-driven experimentation to identify, test, and scale new partner profiles across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans to support the partnership and channel growth strategy
  • Identify new partner profiles and conduct experiments across acquisition, engagement, and activation channels to evaluate performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with partner account managers to design and launch co-branded marketing programs, events, and campaigns
  • Plan and execute regional partner events, workshops, and exposure programs to strengthen ecosystem presence
  • Work closely with content, design, and performance marketing teams to build campaigns that drive joint visibility and lead generations.
  • Measure the impact of marketing initiatives through data-backed analysis—tracking leads, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
  • Research regional market dynamics, competitor programs, and emerging fintech verticals to refine partner targeting.
  • Manage vendors, event logistics, and budget utilization to ensure flawless execution and ROI.


Skills & Experience Required

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B, fintech, or partner/channel marketing
  • Proven track record in identifying and testing new partner or customer segments using data-driven framework
  • Experience executing integrated campaigns across offline, digital, and partner-led channels
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with metrics, dashboards, and campaign attribution models.
