About the Role
The Salesforce Functional (Business Analyst) will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing business needs, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Experience: 4-6 years (min 3 years relevant in Salesforce)
- Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Must have Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
- Should have good understanding of Dealer management and Order management related processes
- Should have good understanding of Salesforce, basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities
- Must have experience of requirement analysis and detailing, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation
- Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement
- Must have experience in conducting UAT with business users and trainings
- Should have good understanding of Sales and Service management process
Required Skills
- Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud knowledge
- Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
- Dealer management and Order management process understanding
- Requirement analysis and functional design documentation skills
- Testing and UAT experience
- MANUFACTURING, Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds, Automative Cloud.
