The Role:
As a Specialist Growth Marketing, you will own end-to-end customer lifecycle communication across multiple channels, focusing on retention, reactivation, and business-critical communications. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Data, Tech, QA, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to design, execute, and optimize automated, personalized, and scalable CRM journeys. This role requires strong ownership of campaign execution, system operations, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, accurate, and high-impact customer communications.

What You’ll Own
You will work closely with PMM, Growth, Product, Data, Tech, QA, and Business teams on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve:
- Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, Push, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, In-App, and other emerging channels, with a strong focus on personalization and automation
- Build and manage automated workflows and customer journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation of users
- Implement segmentation, personalization strategies, and data-driven insights to improve engagement and retention metrics
- Own campaign execution, reporting, and optimization using tools like CleverTap and Plotline
- Design and execute A/B tests across messaging, content, channel mix, and frequency
- Plan and execute in-app engagement campaigns via Plotline for multiple teams across the organization
- Manage budget and operations for CRM platforms and tools including CleverTap, Plotline, WhatsApp, SMS, DLT portals, and internal systems
- Troubleshoot CRM system issues by coordinating with platform support teams and internal stakeholders
- Drive UAT and QA testing for CRM-related changes, including new events, app/web elements, and communication flows
- Ensure CleverTap event implementation accuracy, validate event firing, and proactively define events for new product features
- Create and maintain dashboards for campaign and business-level tracking in collaboration with the data team
- Plan and execute business-critical communications such as trading holidays, quarterly fund settlements, and crisis communications by coordinating with CS, RMS, Copy, Creative, and Data teams
- Lead communication strategies for retention and reactivation of F&O users
- Take ownership of new initiatives in marketing automation, tools, and process improvements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing
- Strong experience managing multi-channel customer communications at scale
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Netcore, Plotline, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into automation workflows, journeys, and campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and deriving actionable insights
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and executing campaigns with minimal supervision
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution
- Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services
- Exposure to WhatsApp Business APIs, SMS DLT management, and RCS
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams on event tracking and experimentation
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or internal BI tools
- Prior experience handling business-critical or crisis communications
