Role Description
• Promote real estate projects through field marketing, site visits, and events
• Generate leads through on-ground activities, references, and campaigns
• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and sales teams
• Explain project details clearly to potential customers
• Support digital & offline marketing activities when required
• Maintain daily activity reports and lead follow-ups
• Assist in brand visibility initiatives and promotional events
Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate (12th pass)
• Experience: 0–2 years in marketing, real estate preferred
• Strong communication skills (English + Kannada/Telugu preferred)
• Field-oriented mindset with willingness to travel locally
• Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
