Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospects, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement strategic growth initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and new opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
