Inbound Growth Marketer (PLG SaaS)

We’re looking for an Inbound Marketer who can build demand that converts without hand-holding from sales. If your idea of inbound is posting content and hoping something sticks — this role is not for you. If you’ve turned content, social, and distribution into product signups, activations, and pipeline ,

What you’ll actually do

  • Own PLG inbound growth end-to-end:
  • LinkedIn (founder + company)
  • YouTube
  • Newsletters
  • Other high-intent social & distribution channels
  • Build a repeatable inbound engine:
  • content → distribution → product signup → activation → SQL
  • Work tightly with product, SEO, and sales to:
  • Drive self-serve signups
  • Improve activation + conversion
  • Turn usage into revenue
  • Run experiments fast. Scale what works. Kill what doesn’t.
  • Obsess over who converts and why, not vanity metrics.

Must-haves (non-negotiable)

  • 2–5 years experience in a growth-stage SaaS
  • Proven experience driving PLG inbound (not just content)
  • Hands-on ownership of LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, social
  • Strong intuition for founder-led marketing and audience psychology
  • Comfortable being measured on signups, activation, and pipeline

Good to have

  • Paid ads experience (supporting inbound or retargeting)
  • Experience working closely with product or growth teams
  • Exposure to SEO or lifecycle/email marketing

  • Not a posting or scheduling job
  • Not a “brand awareness only” role
  • Not for people who wait for instructions
