Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst who has hands-on expertise in the makeup and colour cosmetics industry, especially with product launches, category insights, consumer behaviour, and digital performance marketing. You will directly influence brand growth, GTM strategy, consumer targeting, and competitive positioning.

Advanced & Specialized Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end GTM strategies for colour cosmetics launches (lip, eye, base categories)
• Conduct category-level opportunity analysis, identifying whitespace in consumer needs, shade gaps, pricing, and positioning
• Use advanced data analytics to track sales performance, retention, funnel metrics, and campaign ROI
• Build detailed consumer personas for makeup buyers across skin tones, age groups, and micro-segments
• Lead competitive intelligence, monitoring packaging trends, formula innovations, retail behaviors, and pricing shifts
• Drive influencer profiling, evaluating creator authenticity, audience health, and impact on conversions
• Collaborate with product development on shade forecasting, SKU planning, and launch roadmap
• Design A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and product claims to optimize conversion
• Oversee retail + D2C insights—traffic patterns, purchase triggers, bounce reasons
• Work closely with founders on brand storytelling, content strategy, and category positioning
• Present monthly dashboards and insight reports to drive strategic decision-making

What's most preferred

• 3–6 years of experience in beauty/makeup/colour cosmetics marketing (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of Indian beauty consumer behavior, shade preferences, and emerging makeup trends
• Ability to interpret market data, sales velocity, and retail analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools:
• Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify/CRM tools
• Market research platforms (Nielsen/Euromonitor beneficial)
• Strong expertise in campaign performance optimization, funnel breakdowns, CAC/LTV analysis
• Prior involvement with D2C brands or beauty startups preferred
• Knowledge of formulation talking points (pigmentation, undertones, finish, long-wear claims)
• Strong understanding of beauty influencer ecosystems, content formats, and engagement metrics
• Experience collaborating with product, supply chain, and creative teams
• Excellent communication skills with a data-backed storytelling approach
• Passion for makeup, inclusive beauty, and brand-building

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹37,000/month
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (9 AM–5 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹430,000.00 - ₹530,000.00 per year
