Position Title: Marketing Manager
Reports to: President & Chief Commercial Officer
Classification: Exempt
Position Description
The Marketing Manager leads the delivery of marketing strategy for Easy Way Products and brings clarity and consistency to how the brand is presented across B2B and B2C channels. This position evaluates emerging trends to keep established customer personas relevant, strengthens digital and ecommerce activity, and ensures the brand is represented with accuracy and care in every customer interaction. The role works closely with teams across the business and trusted external partners to coordinate effective marketing activity and help create experiences that reflect the quality, customization, and innovation that define Easy Way Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead channel activity that reflects customer needs and strengthens how the brand is experienced across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain brand architecture, positioning, messaging frameworks, and product naming systems across B2B and B2C channels.
- Define channel KPIs and reporting cadence, analyze digital and ecommerce performance, and translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Coordinate with licensed brand teams to align assets and approvals so every customer facing touchpoint reflects brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product development to align messaging for new concepts and assortment updates and to reflect innovation stories in market.
- Develop tailored sales materials, including visual collections and product showcases, that equip customer facing teams to respond effectively to retailer needs.
- Plan paid media budgets with leadership, manage media agencies and marketing vendors, and ensure delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Play a key role in tradeshows by shaping the experience of the space so it conveys the quality, customization, and innovation that define Easy Way Products.
- Maintain working rhythms with sales, operations, manufacturing, and distribution so marketing timing and messages align with production realities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and enhance product descriptions and rich media assets for ecommerce product detail pages.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5+ years demonstrated experience in digital marketing and ecommerce across B2B and B2C channels with measurable business impact.
- Proven experience guiding ecommerce strategy and improving site performance through the use of modern digital tools, customer insights, and clear optimization practices across channels.
- Exceptional at using modern visualization tools to interpret complex data and present insights clearly, with the ability to apply advanced data processing methods that strengthen reporting, decision making, and business intelligence.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with the ability to evaluate spend, review performance, and hold media agencies accountable for delivering expected outcomes.
- Experience coordinating with licensed brands to ensure guideline compliance and asset approvals.
- Proficient in digital design tools.
Travel
Some travel (minimal overnight travel) is expected for this position for Trade Shows etc.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some kneeling, bending and standing is required as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
The standard workweek is forty (40) hours. Workday lengths for exempt associates are determined primarily by the hours required to accomplish their current workloads. General business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. As starting and ending times vary within departments and office locations, the manager of each department will determine the schedule for his or her department.
