As a Principal Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (non-tech) at Licious, you will be the senior-most individual contributor within the recruitment team, owning some of the most critical and complex hiring mandates across functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance & Category Management. This role is designed for someone who operates as a trusted hiring advisor, not just an executor — someone who influences talent strategy, raises hiring quality, and sets the benchmark for recruitment excellence. You’ll be based out of our Bengaluru office in a 5-day in-office setup.
What makes the role meaty?
● Own and drive high-impact, niche and leadership hiring end-to-end across multiple non tech functions
● Act as a thought partner to senior business leaders, deeply understand org design, capability gaps and long term talent needs
● Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and hard to fill roles, including strong passive talent pipelines
● Set the gold standard for candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the Licious brand and values
● Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on role scoping, talent availability, compensation benchmarks and hiring trade offs
● Use data, market insights, and hiring metrics to influence decisions, manage expectations and improve hiring outcomes
● Mentor and informally coach junior recruiters by sharing best practices, market insights and structured approaches
● Partner closely with HRBPs and leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build talent readiness
We hope that you...
● have 8-10 years of full-time experience in recruitment, preferably in start-ups / FMCG / F&B / consumer facing organizations
● have deep expertise in end to end recruitment, especially for senior, niche or business-critical roles
● are exceptionally strong at stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders with confidence and credibility
● bring a self-starter mindset, high ownership and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
● have a strong ability to leverage data, market intelligence and hiring insights to drive better decisions
● are highly proficient with Google Suite tools for data tracking, analysis and presentations
● are willing to work in a 5-day work from office setup in Bengaluru
