Marketing Manager – Solar Power Plant Projects (C&I EPC)

About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager with experience in B2B project marketing within the Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Electrical, or Infrastructure sectors. The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified project inquiries for commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plant projects.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate qualified leads for C&I solar power plant EPC projects
• Conduct field marketing activities in industrial zones
• Drive B2B outreach through emails, WhatsApp, and regular follow-ups
• Develop channel partners, consultants, and referral networks
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential solar projects

Candidate Requirements :-

• Minimum 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Electrical / Infrastructure sectors
• Strong exposure to field marketing in industrial segments
• Understanding of project-based sales cycles and multi-level B2B decision-making
• MBA in Marketing preferred
• Fluent in English and Marathi
