Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for our India business. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in real estate marketing, brand building, digital performance, project launches and customer acquisition while working closely with sales, channel partners and external agencies.
This role demands an individual who can seamlessly combine creativity with data-driven decision making to drive brand visibility, qualified leads and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Plan and manage project launch campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, events and activation channels.
- Drive lead generation through Meta, Google, programmatic and performance marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with creative, media, PR and digital agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Build marketing plans that support sales targets and channel partner engagement.
- Manage project branding including brochures, AVs, websites, experience centres and sales collaterals.
- Lead influencer, content and social media initiatives aligned with premium brand positioning.
- Execute CRM and customer engagement campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, CPL, lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute project launch events, exhibitions, broker meets and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, design, business development and leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing and customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and CRM platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing and analytics.
- Strong brand management and communication skills.
- Experience in managing agencies, creative production and campaign execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Management or related field preferred.
- 6–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in real estate or premium lifestyle brands.
- Experience working on premium residential or luxury real estate projects will be an added advantage.
