About the role

We're building PupilTree into a category-defining education brand powered by Learning Intelligence. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who thinks outcome-first — someone who can turn a differentiated product into a strong admissions pipeline, a premium brand, and a steady stream of high-quality enquiries across our institutions (PupilTree School, PupilTree CBSE, and PupilNEET).

This is a high-ownership role for a marketer who is equally comfortable running performance campaigns and shaping brand narrative.


What you'll do

Admissions Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Own the annual admissions marketing strategy end-to-end
  • Build and manage the enquiry-generation funnel; track lead → visit → conversion
  • Run seasonal campaigns (Admissions, Entrance Prep, Open House) and optimize Cost Per Admission

Brand Positioning & Messaging

  • Keep every touchpoint consistent with our Learning Intelligence philosophy
  • Translate product capabilities into parent-friendly outcomes and campaign storytelling

Campaigns & Performance Marketing

  • Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, social, and SEO; monitor ROI and optimize continuously
  • Direct development of brochures, creatives, website content, and video — coordinating design and content teams
  • Maintain high-converting admission landing pages and funnels

Events & Community

  • Plan and execute Open Houses, Demo Days, Parent Workshops, and outreach programs
  • Build referral, ambassador, and social-proof programs that drive word-of-mouth and FOMO

Alignment & Intelligence

  • Partner closely with the admissions counselling team; supply pitch decks, objection-handling material, and campaign support
  • Track competitor schools, coaching institutes, and education marketing trends to find differentiation opportunities


What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in marketing — ideally in education, EdTech, or a high-consideration consumer category
  • Strong command of digital and performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads, SEO, funnels, analytics)
  • A storyteller who can make technology understandable and desirable to parents
  • Data-driven, insight-oriented, and disciplined about brand clarity
  • Comfortable owning KPIs: enquiry volume, conversion ratio, CPA, campaign ROI, and event conversion
