Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating branding efforts, and analyzing market trends for hotels and homestay. The role also involves collaborating with various teams, overseeing content creation, and exploring opportunities to optimize business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Skills in Market Research, Collaboration with Team Members, and Data Analysis
- Experience with Campaign Planning, Advertising, and Budget Management
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities
- Well-versed in marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or start-up sector is highly advantageous
