Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Management Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various aspects of product development and project management, from conducting market research and competitive analysis to supporting agile processes and project coordination. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in product management and project coordination within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation or improvement.
• Product Development Support: Assist in drafting detailed product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications. Work with cross-functional teams to align on product objectives and timelines.
• Data Analysis: Gather and interpret product performance data and user feedback to provide actionable insights that drive product enhancements.
• Project Coordination: Support project tracking by managing timelines, monitoring milestones, and ensuring deliverables are achieved as per the plan.
• Documentation Management: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive product documentation, such as workflows, meeting summaries, and project updates.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to facilitate product launches and ongoing improvements.
• Agile Process Support: Assist in Agile methodologies, including planning and executing sprint ceremonies like backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews, ensuring seamless development cycles.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project, etc.) and a basic understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with experience using tools like Excel for data analysis.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders.
• Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Enthusiasm for learning about product management, the product lifecycle, and the latest industry trends.
