This role requires 10–25 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall marketing and sales operations
Build and expand distributor and wholesaler networks
Drive B2B and corporate sales while managing key accounts
Plan and execute revenue-driven marketing strategies
Manage field sales teams and ensure effective execution
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and operations
Plan, run, and optimize digital marketing initiatives
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Who Can Apply

Candidates with 10–25 years of experience
Experience in FMCG or distribution-driven businesses preferred
Strong background in B2B sales and team management
