Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Teacher based in Surat. The Preschool Teacher will create and implement engaging lesson plans, deliver effective teaching aligned with the curriculum, and ensure the overall development of children in the areas of social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Daily responsibilities include fostering a positive and stimulating classroom environment, guiding children in activities that promote learning and creativity, and maintaining open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and development.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Early Childhood Education
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and fellow educators
• Experience working with Kindergarten-aged children or similar age groups
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for fostering an engaging learning environment
• Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to a classroom setting
