The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves overseeing day-to-day security operations, coordinating with team leads and clients, ensuring adherence to protocols, and maintaining service excellence. The Operations Manager will also focus on optimizing resources, managing schedules, analyzing performance metrics, implementing operational policies, and addressing site-specific challenges. Furthermore, they will play a key role in staff supervision, incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Experience in managing teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Process Improvement and Planning: Strong organizational skills, operational planning expertise, and a commitment to optimizing resource efficiency.
- Client and Partner Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Compliance and Problem-Solving: Ability to ensure compliance with protocols and address operational challenges effectively.
- Experience in security management or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region will be considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with operational software.
