Marketing Expert (Rehab/Diagnostics/Hospital)

About The Opportunity

A reputed rehabilitation center in Hyderabad, specializing in neuro, orthopedic, pediatric, and post-operative rehabilitation services, is seeking a dynamic Hospital Marketing professional to strengthen relationships with corporate hospitals, doctors, and healthcare partners. This role focuses on expanding referral networks, increasing patient admissions, and building the organization's presence among leading healthcare institutions across Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate hospitals, consultants, specialists, and referring doctors.
• Meet doctors, hospital administrators, case managers, and discharge coordinators to generate patient referrals.
• Promote rehabilitation services including Neuro Rehab, Ortho Rehab, Stroke Rehabilitation, ICU Rehabilitation, and Home Care services.
• Conduct regular field visits to corporate hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions across Hyderabad.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient referrals, admissions, and follow-ups.
• Organize CMEs, awareness programs, doctor meets, and healthcare networking events.
• Prepare daily visit reports, referral tracking reports, and marketing performance updates.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase patient inflow.
• Represent the organization professionally while maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.
