Marketing Editor

Job Description

WSP is currently seeking a Marketing Editor to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. The successful candidate will manage marketing collateral (project descriptions, resumes, awards, images, client quotes, letters of reference, etc.) The position will also support our marketing team in completing proposals and qualifications packages by researching our projects, people, and overall qualifications. The right candidate is an empathetic colleague who works to build community through positivity and who can bring home the win! This role will be based in the Noida office.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, update, and enter resumes, project descriptions, and collateral marketing material into the central database.
• Review, edit, and approve resumes and project data from outside sources.
• Perform research to verify content such as facts, references, dates, etc.
• Organize and track data to be entered into the database.
• Perform routine QA/QC checks on data in the database.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or proposal development.
• Strong command of the English language and AP-style writing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks consistently without continual supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint experience is an asset.
