Hiring: Client Sales Executive – US Staffing (Non-IT)

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

We’re looking for a Client Sales Executive with strong US voice/calling experience to drive client acquisition for our non-IT staffing & recruitment services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• US outbound calling & lead generation

• Acquire and manage US-based clients

• Sell non-IT staffing solutions

• Collaborate with recruitment teams using Agile work methods

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in US voice process / sales calling

• Proven lead generation & client acquisition skills

• Exposure to US staffing or recruitment (non-IT preferred)

• Understanding of Agile ways of working
