Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of domestic and international travel packages
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue
- Handle key client relationships and escalations
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and daily MIS reports
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a travel packages company
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
