About The Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our travel packages business. The role focuses on managing sales operations, driving revenue, leading a small team, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of domestic and international travel packages
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue
  • Handle key client relationships and escalations
  • Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and daily MIS reports
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a travel packages company
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and improve performance
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
