Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Ownership & Hygiene

Create and maintain all leads, contacts, and accounts

Log every interaction (calls, emails, meetings) properly

Set up deal stages and ensure each opportunity is updated

Track movement of leads across pipeline stages

Ensure no lead goes “cold” without a reason

Generate simple weekly pipeline reports for management

  • Post-meeting execution

Draft and send MOM (Minutes of Meeting) within 24 hours

Capture key discussion points, requirements, and next steps

Set reminders for follow-ups

Schedule next meetings

Track commitments made by both sides

Ensure continuity in conversation (no “resetting context” in next call)

  • Prospect nurturing

Follow up with prospects based on agreed timelines

Share relevant materials, decks, and case studies

Keep prospects warm between meetings

Track engagement (responses, delays, drop-offs)

Flag risks or high-interest leads for you

  • ABM Agency Coordination

Be the primary point of contact for the ABM agency

Track campaigns vs plan (are they actually doing what was agreed?)

Review messaging, target accounts, and outreach quality

Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Push the agency when needed (this is important)

  • Internal ABM / Outbound Track Support

Maintain target account lists

Track outreach across channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

Coordinate messaging and sequencing

Ensure no duplication between internal and agency efforts

Track response rates and effectiveness

Suggest improvements based on what’s working/not working

  • Sales Collateral & Proposal Support

Prepare first drafts of proposals based on your inputs

Prepare first drafts of collateral

Customize decks for specific prospects

Organize and maintain case studies, credentials, and past work

Pull relevant content quickly when needed for a deal

Coordinate with internal teams for inputs (tech, delivery, etc.)

  • Enriching the existing pipeline

Conduct research and identify more accounts for the current ICP

  • Pipeline Visibility & Reporting

Weekly Summary Of

Active deals

New leads added

Follow-ups pending

Risks / stuck deals

Highlight where management intervention is needed

Track simple metrics (conversion, response rates, etc.)
