📍 Ahmedabad, Gujarat | Remote / Field-Based

We are looking for self-driven and result-oriented individuals to join us as Independent Marketing & Sales Partners (ISP) in the pharmaceutical machinery and equipment sector.
This is a commission-based, performance-driven business opportunity, ideal for professionals who want to build income through B2B sales, networking, and lead generation in the pharma industry.
🎯 Role Overview
As an ISP, you will act as a business development partner, helping identify potential clients and generating leads for pharmaceutical machinery, equipment, and spare parts.
You will work independently while receiving complete support from our team for technical discussions, quotations, and deal closure.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies.
Understand client requirements for machines, equipment, or spare parts.
Share qualified leads with the internal team and close deals.
Support in follow-ups and coordination (if required).
Maintain records of leads and activities.
Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets.
💰 Compensation Structure:
100% Commission-Based Model
No fixed salary
👤 Who Can Apply
Experience in pharma / machinery / B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory)
8 years or more experience in: Pharmaceutical machinery, equipments
Freshers with strong communication & learning mindset can apply
Good communication & networking skills
Self-motivated and target-driven individuals
Ability to work independently.
The candidate must be based in Gujarat.
