This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Agency Partner at our Kasauli location. The Marketing Agency Partner will oversee and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand and services offered by Aurae Wellness. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams, analyzing market trends, and developing relationships with third-party vendors. The role also involves content curation, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and values, and measuring campaign success for continuous improvement.

• Marketing and Strategy Development: Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and creating result-oriented marketing strategies
• Content Creation and Management: Proficient in content writing, editing, and content strategy with an eye for detail
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision making, campaign performance analysis, and market trend evaluation
• Administrative and Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality outputs
• Familiarity with holistic wellness or experience in a similar industry is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a luxury wellness brand
