Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Ensure participants are Australian passport holders, aged 20-30, and backpacker/budget travellers
• Record audio interviews (with consent)

About Company: I am an Australian Permanent Resident and Indian citizen currently working on an early-stage fintech research project focused on improving payment experiences for Australian travellers visiting India.

I frequently travel between Australia and India and identified a potential gap in how young Australian backpackers manage payments during their stay in India. Before building the product, I am conducting structured field research to understand real user behaviour and payment challenges faced by foreign tourists in India. This research project will directly inform the development of a compliant prepaid wallet solution for cross-border travel payments. This is a short-term structured research assignment with clearly defined deliverables and fixed compensation.
