Role Purpose

The Senior Learning Consultant is a strategic partner to business leaders and clients, responsible for diagnosing capability gaps, designing high‑impact learning solutions, and enabling measurable business outcomes.

This role goes beyond training delivery. It blends consulting, solutioning, learning architecture, and AI‑enabled execution to future‑proof talent for an AI‑augmented way of working.

The incumbent operates at the intersection of business strategy, workforce transformation, and learning innovation, with a strong emphasis on AI adoption, productivity, and performance acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business & Capability Consulting

  • Conduct diagnostic conversations, stakeholder interviews, and role analyses to surface:
    • Observable behaviors
    • Skill adjacencies
    • Decision‑making bottlenecks
  • Translate business challenges into clear, outcome‑driven capability interventions (not course catalogs).

Examples Of AI‑first Approaches

  • Prompt engineering labs aligned to roles (ICs, Managers, Leaders)
  • AI‑assisted case simulations and decision scenarios
  • Copilot‑enabled productivity challenges
  • AI‑powered coaching, reflection, and feedback loops
  • Solutioning & Program Architecture
  • Own end‑to‑end solutioning, including:
    • Learning strategy
    • Journey architecture

  • Customize programs by:
    • Role level (ICs, Managers, Mid‑Management, Leaders)
    • Industry context
    • Client maturity and operating model
  • Design scalable, repeatable frameworks while preserving contextual relevance.

    • Client sponsors
  • Present solutions with consulting clarity:

    • Solution rationale
    • Expected impact
  • Influence stakeholders to move away from time‑based training to outcome‑based enablement.
  • Program Delivery Oversight
  • Provide intellectual leadership across delivery teams:
    • Internal faculty
    • External subject matter experts
    • Academia and industry partners
  • Ensure delivery quality, relevance, and consistency with the designed experience.
