Role Overview
This is a high-impact, client-facing consulting role that offers end-to-end ownership—from business development to solution design and delivery. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and play a critical role in shaping client engagements and driving meaningful organisational change.
There are three openings-
- Delhi (Hybrid)- 1 Position
- Bangalore/ Hyderabad – 1 position- Work from home
- Mumbai- 1 position- Work from home
This is an individual contributor role with travel (7–10 days/month) as required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Engagement
- Drive new client acquisition and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Understand client needs deeply and position relevant solutions
2. Solution Design & Proposal Writing
- Translate client requirements into customised HR & DEI interventions
- Develop high-quality, compelling proposals
- Design contextual, insight-led solutions across DEI, HR, OD, Talent, and POSH
3. End-to-End Assignment Delivery
- Own project lifecycle—from design to execution and impact measurement
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
- Continuously refine interventions based on feedback and outcomes
4. Facilitation & Content Development
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and interventions
- Create impactful decks, tools, and learning experiences
- Evolve content to remain relevant, practical, and high-impact
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate in Human Resources (or related field)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in HR consulting
- Proven experience in conducting training programs / facilitation
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and understand business contexts
Preferred Qualifications
- POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Certification
- ISTD / OD Certification or equivalent
- Experience in DEI consulting or working with diverse groups (PwD, LGBTQIA+)
