Being part of a global Team, Youwill provide support and maintenance for Lenovo's systems and applications at the manufacturing plantlocatedin llő, Hungary.
Oversee the respective applications,systemsand infrastructure and fulfill the service within the defined SLA levels.
While Your focus will be on keeping the critical business applications running, key tasks will be to provide technical support for end-users, engage in systemmaintenancesand take part in IT related projects.
The working schedule is 2 shifts (6am-2pm; and 2pm-10pm)on working days,on-site.

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user support service within the IT Service Level Agreements to achieve IT and business KPIs.
- Support IT related change requests, projects thatimpactthe local/regional business (including infrastructure,end-user devices,applicationsand security).
- Hardware provisioningand maintenancefor IT systems.
- Act as IT focal for the business. Ambassador for central IT teams.
- Report site ITsystemssecurity related risks and support remediation.
- Support internal and business audits and IT compliance efforts.
- Improve efficiency and incorporate AIinday-to-day activities.
- At least2years of experienceon ITsupport operation field; experience with Software troubleshooting
- Education in IToperation, software,networkingor similarcertificatein the field of IT.
- MicrosoftWindowsclients intermediate level, Servers basic level
- Linuxsystemsbasiclevel; Databases, SQL languagebasiclevel.
- Fluent English Hungarian language (oral and written).
- ITIL foundation, IT operations; X86 hardware basics; Cyber-security basics; Networking basis
- Printing services - Label andlaser printers.
- Some IT intelligent operations, RPA, AI agentic automation-flow; GPT capabilities are a plus.
- Experience with Application Operation basic level; Manufacturingor Supply chain backgroundapplications is a plus.
