Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Senior Program Manager. Responsibilities:

Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Senior Program Manager. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs aligned to business goals, timelines, and budgets
- Manage cross-functional teams using Scrum and hybrid agile methodologies
- Oversee program backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps
- Manage and optimize ServiceNow workflows for incident, change, and request management
- Partner with IT leadership, architects, and engineers to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
- Maintain program artifacts including roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Drive continuous process improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and lessons learned
- Coordinate vendors and external partners as needed
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Agile certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred
- PMP or PgMP certification a plus
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including infrastructure initiatives
- Strong experience with agile delivery, Scrum practices, and hybrid methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of infrastructure domains (cloud, networking, servers, storage, security)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud environments and ITIL frameworks preferred
