Key Responsibilities

• Consults within scrum or other teams on test planning and participates, for example, in scrum team testing, planning and demo activities along with the verification leads.
• Conducts functional and performance, load and reliability testing
• Knowledge on ADS, RV&S and CQ
• Documents requirements, test design and test reports. Knowledge on Windchill
• Maintenance of requirements traceability.
• Work closely with the lead verification engineers to ensure the best quality software is shipped on time.
• Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality

Work Experience

• Manual Testing Expertise: 3+ years of experience in functional, performance, load, and reliability testing.
• Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Ability to collaborate effectively within scrum teams and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Tools & Platforms:
• ADS (Application Development System)
• RV&S (Requirements, Verification & Solutions)
• CQ (ClearQuest)
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and detailed reports.
• Requirements Management: Experience in maintaining requirements traceability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  
  

Desired Skills

• Windchill Knowledge: Familiarity with Windchill for product lifecycle management.
• Good understanding/experience of the healthcare/medical device testing standards is an advantage.
• Good understanding/experience in SAFe agile way of working
• Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work with teams across geographies.
• Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgency
• Ability to stay focused on the target to deliver in an agile manner.
