Job Description:

The Managing Director – Global Logistics Hub & Intermodal Connectivity will spearhead the strategic vision and operational excellence of our global logistics hub, integrating advanced intermodal connectivity solutions that optimize supply chain efficiencies across multiple regions. This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking leader with an in-depth understanding of global logistics and supply chain management, able to drive innovation while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and sustainability goals. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of comprehensive experience in global logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives in intermodal connectivity.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale logistics operations across diverse geographies, showcasing expertise in optimizing transportation, warehousing, and distribution systems.
• Extensive experience in budget management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control within logistics or supply chain functions.
• Demonstrated competency in stakeholder engagement and relationship management at senior executive levels, with a history of developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, with professional certifications in logistics or supply chain (e.g., APICS, CLTD, etc.) being highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of technology trends impacting logistics and supply chain management, including automation, data analytics, and advanced transportation management systems.
• Proven experience in leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex operational environment.
