Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experience, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and implementing effective customer retention strategies. The executive will also collaborate with the sales team to drive engagement and enhance the overall customer journey.
