Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Immigration Sales Manager is based in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, acquiring and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets related to immigration services. The manager will collaborate with potential clients, explain services, provide suitable solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and guiding the sales team to drive overall business growth and nurture a results-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with individuals and businesses professionally.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to motivate the sales team and enhance team productivity.
• Knowledge of immigration processes, visa application procedures, and global opportunities is highly desirable.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in sales or consultancy roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications will be an advantage.
