We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and drive the talent acquisition strategy for our Business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create robust sourcing strategies tailored to FMCG roles.
- Proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks ,LinkedIn & headhunting tools
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and quality hiring to meet business requirements.
- Lead discussions with candidates to address salary expectations, benefits, and other offer details, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
- Build rapport with candidates to effectively address counteroffers and objections, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful closures.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice in the FMCG sector
- Maintain an engaging candidate experience that aligns with our brand values.
- Stay updated on trends in the FMCG job market, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
- Provide actionable insights to align recruitment strategies with talent insights
- Build strong relationships with functional heads and other stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and provide guidance on talent planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in hiring for diverse and niche FMCG roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D).
