About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Manager – Paid Media to lead end-to-end performance marketing across Google and Meta platforms. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise in scaling campaigns, optimizing ROI, and driving business growth through advanced paid media strategies. You will play a key role in budget planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Develop and implement full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with business objectives (revenue, leads, customer acquisition, retention).
  • Own and manage high-value monthly ad budgets, ensuring maximum ROI, ROAS, and efficiency.
  • Drive advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Leverage AI-driven bidding strategies and automation tools to enhance campaign performance.
  • Oversee conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
  • Lead continuous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across creatives, landing pages, and audience cohorts.
  • Analyze performance data and present insightful reports and growth recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay updated with 2026 paid media trends, including cookieless tracking, first-party data strategies, and AI-led campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and tech teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Mentor and manage a team of performance marketers, ensuring productivity and skill development.
Key Skills & Expertise
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
  • Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, attribution models, and tracking setups
  • Experience with automation, scripts, and AI-based campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page performance
  • Experience managing multi-channel and multi-market campaigns
