M&a

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deal execution: work with team members on performing detailed assessment of investment opportunities and transaction management
Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate financial merits of transactions
Create presentations for internal review and stakeholders
Conduct financial, commercial, technical, and legal due diligence, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Assist in the execution of transactions such as interaction with sellers, bankers and consultants, drafting of transaction documents and negotiations
Interact with stakeholders to understand business plans of portfolio companies

Strategic Initiatives

Driving the execution of all strategic decisions taken under Defence and Aerospace vertical (including relevant financial analysis and financial modelling)
Help management with relevant research and analysis for decision making
Driving all critical strategic initiatives
Program Management for Critical Projects, ensuring completion of projects and achievement of key milestones
Preparing management update presentation and analysis
Work with the team on various ad hoc opportunities in regard to finance, operations, HR, IT among others

Corporate Development

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry experts
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Support the integration of acquired businesses and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management on potential growth opportunities

Qualifications

MBA (Finance) from tier 1 institute / CFA Level 2 / CA

3 years relevant experience
