Job Description

Overview

Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred, or a professional with around 10 years of strong operations experience in an IT services or similar environment.

Responsibilities

Lead internal audits across Delivery, Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT, ensuring processes are working effectively and efficiently.
Understand how different departments connect and identify risks that arise from gaps between teams or overlapping responsibilities.
Review end-to-end business processes and suggest practical improvements that reduce risk and increase operational strength.
Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks early and recommend realistic mitigation steps.
Provide actionable insights that balance risk management with business growth objectives.
Develop and execute a structured, risk-based audit plan and ensure audits are completed on time.
Track audit findings closely and work with teams to ensure timely and sustainable closure of issues.
Prepare clear, structured, and impactful audit reports for senior management and leadership discussions.
Use data analysis and process mapping techniques to support findings and recommendations.
Build strong working relationships across departments while maintaining independence and professional integrity.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing contracts, financial reports, and operational workflows.
Communicate observations and risks in a simple, strategic, and solution-oriented manner.
Promote a culture of accountability, governance, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes relevant to IT services.
