Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ecom Campaign Strategy: Develop and advise on strategic campaign approaches aligned with client objectives and brand goals across diverse marketplaces and properties.
Ecom Campaign Management, Optimization & Execution: Oversee and manage performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce advertising accounts, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of campaigns. Provide guidance and training to enhance team capabilities, optimizing performance across all platforms. Ensure consistent planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of campaigns to deliver exceptional customer experience and brand satisfaction.
Data-Driven Analysis& Decision Making: Drive metrics according to brand objectives, conduct in-depth analysis, and implement strategic improvements for continuous campaign enhancement. Utilize analytical skills and attention to detail to make data-driven decisions, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Performance Review: Review key metrics against set goals, benchmarks, and past performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Effective Communication: Maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams, sharing daily strategies, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring project timelines and goals are met. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective collaboration and understanding with clients and internal teams. Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of the industry is essential.
Client Servicing – Management & Reporting: Build and nurture client relationships, collaborating with leadership to modify and explain strategic plans as needed. Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reviews to clients, demonstrating results achieved and future strategies.
Industry Insights: Identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices in the e-commerce landscape, staying ahead of the industry curve.
New Business Support: Support new business pitches and onboarding processes, capitalizing on emerging marketing opportunities on e-commerce platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Min 5 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically on Amazon or Q-com search
- Industry Knowledge: Profound understanding of prevailing e-commerce procedures and best practices.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think and execute strategically, aligning campaigns with client objectives and market trends.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction and delight.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data and strategies effectively.
- Analytical Expertise: Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
