Architect

Dearc is actively seeking Architects with excellent creativity skills and experience to work collaboratively with design and site teams on large healthcare, Housing and Mixed-Use Projects.

In addition to aptitude for design and problem-solving abilities candidate must be reliable, trust-worthy, detail-oriented with strong work-ethic. Remuneration will be at par or better with current industry standard.

Job description -

Architect - Work from Office

1. The architect is required to work on all stages of project from conception to completion. It involves working on concept, schematic, design development and working drawings documents of a mid-to-large scale projects so similar experience and understanding is highly desirable.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity to coordinate with associated stakeholders and team members on the project.

3. Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe photoshop, Sketch-up and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape) & MS Office is required.

4. Working knowledge of BIM (for design) is desired but not essential.

5. Time management and work-priority skills.

6. Willingness to commit for a minimum of a year and assume both project and office related responsibilities including site visits, making reports, tender filing and quantity estimations.
