Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform monthly visibility audits and prepare related reporting
• Conduct visibility audits for all new hires
• Write and publish monthly Top Producer and Change Maker blog content
• Create and post NEO press releases on the company website
• Monitor and manage ActiveComply compliance activity
• Oversee and maintain the Exclaimer email signature platform

• Strong analytical, judgement and managerial skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environment
