Manager - Finance

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Finance to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role will involve managing cash flow, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing MIS reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation and audits.
Design and implement internal controls and process improvements to optimize financial performance.
Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide insights to stakeholders and drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost control and optimization.
Implement and manage ERP systems and advanced Excel tools to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel tools.
Experience with internal controls and process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
