We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager-FCD Business: Global Finance Centre Delivery Principal Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Qlik Sense dashboards and visual analytics solutions. Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into effective data visualizations. Collaborate with Business, IT, and Design teams to gather, analyze, and validate data needs. Build optimized data models and scripts to ensure performance and scalability. Conduct feasibility analysis (quantitative and qualitative) for new reporting use cases. Apply and promote best practices in Qlik Sense development, and data governance. Ensure dashboards meet compliance, usability, and performance standards. Support Production defects, FT, and UAT across development cycles. Support change programs by delivering insights that inform key decisions. Continuously improve existing dashboards based on user feedback and evolving needs. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers or business users. Qualification Strong hands-on experience (7-10 yrs) in QS development, including data modeling, scripting, and dashboard design. Solid understanding of BI concepts, data visualization principles, and performance optimization techniques. Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective visual solutions. Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets from various data sources. Familiarity with Finance domain concepts and regulatory reporting is a strong advantage. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Design. Experience in agile development methodologies and change management processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exposure to version control tools like Git. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Excel and commonly used functions will be an added advantage. Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. What additional skills will be good to have? Experience with NPrinting for report distribution. Knowledge of Qlik Application Automation or other automation tools. Understanding of data security and section access implementation. Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA or Confluence. Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis (optional but beneficial).
