Job Description

Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Supervise tax planning, compliance, and statutory filings.
Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives in accounting and finance operations.
Mentor and develop the accounting team to build strong financial capabilities

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, IFRS, and corporate taxation.
Proven experience in managing audits and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment
